How much will my bathroom renovation cost?

Packages start from €3,499 (Refresh), €7,499 (Complete) and €11,999 (Luxury). These are starting "from" prices including labour — the final price depends on the size of your bathroom, the materials you choose and the condition of the existing room. Your written quote is fixed before we start.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Every bathroom comes with our 10-year workmanship and waterproofing guarantee, covering the tanking, tiling and installation work we carry out.

Do you handle building regulations?

Yes. Bathrooms must comply with Irish Building Regulations — including Part H (drainage and waste water) and Part M (access and use) where applicable. We design and build to these standards, and all electrical work is done by registered Safe Electric (RECI) contractors.

Can I supply my own tiles or sanitaryware?

Absolutely. Many clients source their own tiles, brassware or sanitaryware — we're happy to fit customer-supplied materials. We'll advise on suitability (slip rating, porosity, sizes) before you buy so there are no surprises.

Do I need to move out during the renovation?

No. We seal off the work area, protect floors and hallways, and keep dust and disruption to a minimum. If it's your only bathroom, we plan the works so you're without facilities for the shortest time possible.
