- Project details you choose to share in your message.
- Anonymous analytics data (only if you accept analytics cookies).
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange consultations and carry out agreed works.
- To improve our website (aggregated, anonymous analytics).
Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing our services.
Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to operate our service: Resend (email delivery), Telegram (lead notifications to our team), Upstash (anti-spam) and Cloudflare (website hosting & CDN). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and provide services, and to meet legal/accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@wepro.ie.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
