What Kerry property means for the job
Ireland's south-west county — county towns like Tralee and Killarney, plus coastal and rural homes from Dingle to Kenmare, all sharing a wet, exposed Atlantic climate.
That mix is the reason two quotes for the same room in Kerry can differ honestly. Age, construction and access decide how much preparation sits under the finish, and none of it is visible in a photograph. It is established at survey and written into the scope before a price is agreed.

Customer message“Just had my kitchen splashback and floor tiling done by WEPRO Renovations in Tralee. Quick, tidy, and fairly priced. The lads were on time, and the finish is perfect. Highly recommend.”

Ireland's south-west county — county towns like Tralee and Killarney, plus coastal and rural homes from Dingle to Kenmare, all sharing a wet, exposed Atlantic climate. Property age and construction decide preparation more than anything else in the quote, which is why the survey happens before a price rather than after it.

Yes — Tralee, Killarney, Listowel, Castleisland, Dingle, Kenmare and out along the Iveragh and Dingle peninsulas. Being Tralee-based means no travel loading on the price, but the peninsulas are genuinely an hour or more from town and the schedule says so honestly rather than promising a same-morning call-out it cannot make.
Usually three things. Well water and septic systems mean drainage and water supply are checked before fittings are specified. Older farmhouses and cottages have solid walls and suspended floors that decide the build-up. And access for materials and waste removal is planned rather than assumed on a narrow boreen.
Both routes that matter for this work. The Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability funds accessibility work up to €40,000 and the Mobility Aids Grant covers a basic suite including level-access showers up to €8,000. The Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant covers long-empty homes. All three are decided by Kerry County Council, and approval must be in writing before work starts.
Yes. WEPRO is fully insured and provides a 10-year guarantee. Project-specific terms are included with the written quote.
