Accessible Bathrooms & Wet Rooms Across Ireland

Level-access, anti-slip, built around the user — with practical advice on Housing Adaptation Grant-friendly specifications.

An accessible bathroom should be safe, dignified and built around the person using it. We install level-access wet rooms, grab rails fixed into solid backing, fold-down seats and anti-scald controls — and we build to occupational therapist recommendations where your grant application includes one.

Check Housing Adaptation Grant eligibility

The government's Housing Adaptation Grant for Disabled People may cover approved accessibility work, including accessible bathroom facilities. As of July 2026, the published effective maximum is €40,000, subject to household income, approved costs and the local authority decision.

Minimum price and scope

See the genuine entry price first, then get a written figure for the actual work.

Minimum advertised price

From €1,499

The advertised ‘from’ price is the minimum for a small, straightforward scope. It is not a typical price for a full renovation. The final written quote depends on measurements, preparation, materials, access and the agreed specification.

Our process

  1. Enquiry & survey

Send the room details and Eircode. If the project is a fit, the next step is to measure the space and confirm the brief.

  2. Design & material selection

Layout, tiles, fixtures and finishes agreed before work starts, so there are no mid-project surprises.

  3. Strip-out & prep

The agreed removal, disposal, surface preparation and protection measures are recorded in the project scope.

  4. Plumbing & electrical

The scope identifies regulated electrical or gas work and the appropriately registered contractors responsible for it.

  5. Tiling, waterproofing & fit

Tanking, tiling and installation done properly — the stage where specialist workmanship shows.

  6. Final inspection & handover

Snag walk-through together, full clean-down, and the agreed project documentation handed over.

Reviews mentioning accessible bathrooms

Customer message

Padraig here, the cottage job in Killarney. Honestly, I couldn’t believe how smooth that was. The lads were unreal, tidied up after themselves every evening, and the finish on the wet room is museum quality. Thanks a million for sending such a decent crew.
